India A had ended the third day at 4 for 158, still 108 behind Australia A's first-innings score of 435. India A had responded strongly with a 82-run opening stand before they lost four wickets for 16 runs.
Hilton Cartwright, who struck his second first-class century in the game, was awarded the Man of the Match for his 117.
Australia A won the two-match series 1-0 having won the first unofficial Test by three wickets.
