In the
event of the teams finishing on equal points, the right to play in the
Final match will be decided by the most wins in the preliminary matches
or, when teams have both equal wins and equal points, the team which was
the winner of the preliminary match (played between them) will be placed
in the higher position or, if still equal, the higher net run rate.
Notes
- Hong Kong 'A' are playing in place of Thailand. Matches against Hong
Kong 'A' are unofficial and do not carry any competition points. Hong
Kong 'A' cannot play in the final.
