Michael Johnson

A Scarborough wicketkeeper who was back-up keeper to Luke Ronchi at Western Australia, Johnson made sporadic Shield appearances between 2009 and 2011, as well as playing for Somerset second XI during the off season. Johnson holds a dual passport and in 2013 was recruited to play county cricket for Worcestershire but, after averaging 14.15 in ten Championship appearances and 10.66 in List A cricket, he was released at the end of the season.
