Jonathan Bushnell

A top-order batter who can contribute overs with the ball, Jonathan Bushnell scored a half-century on first-class debut against Worcestershire. The academy graduate, who had been in the Durham system since the age of 9, went on to make appearances in all formats and was rewarded with his first professional contract. He was part of the squad that won promotion from Division Two of the Championship the following year.
