Profile

Sherwin Ganga, Daren's younger brother, is an allrounder who bats left hand and bowls offbreaks. Ganga made his first-class debut in 2003-04 and played his first List A game the following season but did not achieve his brother's success. He made a valuable half-century to lead Trinidad and Tobago to victory in the semi-final of the regional tournament against Barbados in October 2004 but the closest Ganga got to West Indies selection was when he was included in the 25 probables for the tri-series in Australia in November that year. He didn't make the final cut, though.
