Off-spinning allrounder Ramaal Lewis will lead West Indies Under-19s at the World Cup in the UAE in February. He will be assisted by wicketkeeper-batsman Nicolas Pooran.
West Indies' 15-member squad will have a one-week preparatory camp in Barbados, at the Sagicor High Performance Centre, starting on Tuesday.
The team is placed in Group C at the World Cup, alongside South Africa, Zimbabwe and Canada. Their first game is on the opening day of the tournament, February 14, against South Africa in Dubai.
