You couldn't pick a winner until that final delivery of the game  •  AFP

29.6 Bollinger to Tendulkar, OUT, 139.2 kph, And ladies and gentleman, that's the end of Tendulkar. The Aussies roar in joy. Big moment this. It was the short delivery around the off stump, there was not much room for a square-cut but Tendulkar was thinking about the upper cut. He arched back, tried to create some room and went for the upper cut. The ball flew to left of gully where Hussey held on to a sharp catch. Tendulkar knew positive intent is the way to go today and tried to put his plan into action. It just wasn't his day today. VVS Laxman is still there of course.
33.2 Bollinger to Laxman, OUT, 141.3 kph, Dhoni is run out! Aussies celebrate with immense joy. It was pushed between mid-on and mid-off. Dhoni took couple of steps before he froze. Perhaps it was because of the confusion over the runner. There was a easy run in that. Raina was more than half-way down the track. He also stopped. Meanwhile, Hilfenhaus picked the ball casually hardly realising the drama behind him. He then turned and looked at the possibility. Dhoni now charged across. Hilfy threw. The ball went past Dhoni and crashed into the stumps at the other end. GOne! Dhoni didn't run across the pitch, he kept running straight.
55.2 Hilfenhaus to Sharma, OUT, 112.4 kph, Game on a knife's edge now. Last man walks out. That's the wicket Australia was looking for! Ishant's long brave patient vigil is over. It was the lovely slower one, off cutter on the middle and leg line and full in length. Ishant drives but outside the line. The ball lands and turns towards the leg stump. Got to see the replays: It looks as if it would have missed the leg stump. Replays show that that ball would have comfortably missed the leg stump! oh well..
58.2 Johnson to Ojha, 4 runs, 145.6 kph, Lbw Shout And oh boy what we get .. Four Over throws! That looked out. Billy reckons there was an inside edge. Was there some wood on leather? I am not sure there was anything at all. Oh well ... What an insane little game this is! It was a length delivery tailing in on the leg and middle stump, It looked as if it would have hit the leg and middle! Not given out by Billy. The ball rolled to point. Perhaps it was the pressure and the tension of the lbw appeal, Ojha gets outside the crease .. Raina asks him to get back .. he turns, North fires the throw and the ball misses the stumps and runs through the vacant covers. No Aussie fielder could back that up. But that throw was on. Had he hit - and he didn't miss by much - Ojha would have been run out. ..... And It has been given as an insideedge I can't confirm or deny that edge. Need a snicko. If you ask me on the basis of evidence given to us so far (a couple of replays, no snicko) there didn't seem to be any edge.
58.4 Johnson to Ojha, 2 leg byes, 145.8 kph, India win the heart-stopper! Australia can take out ten Indians but they can't remove VVS Laxman. 'They couldn't out him at all' as that Calypso goes. The 5th-day hero does it again. It was a full delivery sliding down the leg side and Ojha shapes to flick. The ball clips the pad and rolls to fine-leg region. hilfy comes across, picks and fires the throw but it's too late. India have won. Pandemonium in the middle. The Indians rush out to celebrate. Every one hugs Lax. Whaddaaplayaaa .. And don't forget that knock from Ishant.
