South African fast bowler Wayne Parnell has been suspended for one domestic match by his side the Warriors. Parnell was not part of a 12-man squad named for the Warriors' SuperSport Series match against the Highveld Lions on Wednesday.
"Wayne Parnell has not been selected due to disciplinary reasons but will be available for selection for the next match," read a statement from the provincial side. "The issue has been dealt with internally and no further comment will be made on the matter."
Parnell, the 20-year-old left-arm fast bowler, has played seven ODIs and eight Twenty20s for South Africa.
