South Africa have confirmed they will be sending an A side to play three one-day matches against the full Zimbabwe team at the end of the month. The games will take place on January 25, 27 and 28 at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
The South African side, which will be led by Robin Peterson, will contain those players not involved in the series against Pakistan. "They have been playing four-day cricket and this short tour of Zimbabwe will give them the opportunity to get back into one-day cricket, " said Gerald Majola, the South African board's CEO.
