Zimbabwe announce team for First Test against West Indies

The 1st Zimbabwe Sun Test between Zimbabwe and West Indies will be played at Queens Sports Club from 19 to 23 July 2001. On behalf of the Board we announce the following team who will represent Zimbabwe:

  • HEATH STREAK (CAPTAIN)
  • GUY WHITTALL (VICE-CAPTAIN)
  • ANDY BLIGNAUT
  • ALISTAIR CAMPBELL
  • STUART CARLISLE
  • DION EBRAHIM
  • GRANT FLOWER
  • RAYMOND PRICE
  • BRYAN STRANG
  • TATENDA TAIBU
  • CRAIG WISHART

The following trio will be the 12th men:

  • DAVID MUTENDERA
  • TRAVIS FRIEND
  • PAUL STRANG
