Former skipper Akram Khan again remained outside when Bangladesh
Cricket Board Friday announced a 16-member national team to play an
exhibition match against England on October 23.
Aminul Islam Bulbul, who led the national team to win ACC trophy in
his first assignment in Nepal, retained the captaincy with Khaled
Mahmud Sujon as his deputy.
All players of the ACC trophy have been placed in the team. The only
inclusion was all-rounder, Sabbir Khan, who returned to the national
side after being dropped in the ACC tournament.
The team on Saturday afternoon will go to the BKSP where the friendly
match will be held.
Team members are:
Aminul Islam Bulbul (captain), Javed Omar Belim Gulla, Shahriar
Hossain Bidyut, Faruque Ahmed, Al Shariar Rokon, Khaled Mahmud Sujon
(Vice-captain), Khaled Masud Pilot, Mohammed Rafique, Hasibul Hossain
Shanta, Shafiuddin Ahmed Babu, Murshed Ali Khan Sumon, Enamul Haq
Moni, Hasanuzzaman Jharu, Sabbir Khan, Sajjad Ahmed and Mushfiq Babu.
