At one stage they were 16 for 2 and from there they put up a
massive total of 315
Wavell Hinds (58) and Ramnaresh Sarwan (83) played well to keep
the game alive and then came Marlon Samuels and his 108 runs from
75 balls which literally batted the Indians out of the game
The highlight of his innings was the 5 massive sixes and 11 fours,
including 21 runs of a Srinath over
Once Lawson ripped through the Indian top order, it was just the
case of when and by how many runs West Indies would win
Yuvraj Singh was the only batsmen who could get some runs out of
the bowlers, but wickets kept on falling at the other end and in
the end his 68 runs of 69 balls could only reduce the margin of
victory
