It's just a bizarre affair.

After having played international cricket for 12 years, I do know what is right and what is wrong.

I think it is a joke. He (Denness) has not had his hat in the sun for some time now.
- Ravi Shastri, on Mike Denness' decision.
We are not here to do the match referee's job and to accuse us of alerting him to the pictures is just ridiculous.
- Trademark Television co-director Mike Domaine, denying that he had alerted Denness with the footage of Tendulkar.
I was surprised he didn't even try to hide it - it was blatant.
- Harm Venter, the television cameraman who focussed on Tendulkar with the ball.
It all probably focused us a lot more, but it was important that we got through the first two hours and built a platform.
- John Wright, on playing the final day of the second Test after the controversy.
To call the tour off at this stage doesn't make sense to me. They obviously have their reasons and feel strongly about it.
- Shaun Pollock, during the uncertainty before the third Test.
Certainly, if India, South Africa and the ICC wants me to and my diary is free.
- Mike Denness, on being asked whether he would act as match referee for an India-South Africa game again.
What is the ICC? The ICC consists of all the board members and, in a democratic process, the majority decision should prevail. One or two cannot decide on such issues.
