Date-stamped : 09 Dec95 - 06:28 Lankans prepare for the first Test Sri Lanka team had a three-hour work out at the Western Australi- an Cricket Association (WACA) grounds in Perth on Wednesday. Their first of the three Tests against Australia starts here at WACA grounds on Friday. Team Manager Duleep Mendis said that they have not picked the final XI yet though they have`a probable team in mind'. Mendis said the final team for the first Test will only be named later tomorrow after a fitness test. Mushtaq warns Australians Pakistan spinner Mushtaq Ahmed, the architect of their fine win in the third Test, warned Australia not to underestimate Sri Lanka in the three-Test series which starts on Friday. Pakistan beaten by Sri Lanka 1-2, in August, has warned Australia to respect Sri Lanka. "They are a much improved side, deep in batting. Their fielding is sharp. Their spin attack comprising `mystery' bowler Muralitharan, could be menacing," Mushtaq Ahmed said.
