In 1994, at the age of just 17, Raymond played a prominent part in Israel's win over Singapore with crucial runs and wickets. Now more mature and with 2 ICC Trophies and a couple of ECC Tournaments behind him, he shoulders the responsibility of opening the bowling and batting in the middle order. His all round skills include being an outstanding fielder. Raymond plays for Young Ashdod, for whom he topped both the batting and bowling averages last season. Single.
