Danny Lai appointed HKCA General Manager

The Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Cricket Association is pleased to announce to appoint Mr Danny Lai as the new General Manager with immediate effect.

Mr Lai was previously in the same position from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently he pursued his own commercial venture in the sports facility field and became Preferred Supplier for some of the World sport governing bodies.

Mr Lai has maintained a very close working relationship with the Asian Cricket Council and the Chinese Cricket Association which will definitely help development of cricket in Hong Kong.

The other office staff remain unchanged and are devoted to the development of cricket in Hong Kong. The Executive Committee would also like to thank Mr Charles Lau for his past contributions to the Association and wish him all the best in the future.
