Hong Kong squad named for ACC Twenty20 Cup

''It is imperative that Hong Kong performs well in this inaugural ACC Twenty20 Tournament. The rankings will count for the 2009 ACC Twenty 20 Cup which, in turn, will act as a qualifier for the 2010 Asian Games" said Krish Kumar, Chairman of Selectors. "The T20 format should suit Hong Kong's style of play and the players are expected to rise up to the occasion," added Kumar.

The team will be leaving on the 22nd October 2007 and arranging to play a warm-up match there before the tournament starts on the 27th October 2007.
