International Cricket Players named for MRF High Performance Program May 16, 2007 The Hong Kong selectors have nominated 3 batsmen, 3 fast bowlers and a spinner for the High Performance Program, to be held at the MRF Academy in Chennai from 25th June to 4th July 2007. The players selected are as follows: Fast Bowlers: 1. Irfan Ahmed 2. Zuaid Khan 3. Afzaal Haider Batsmen: 1. Hussain Butt 2. Ilyas Gull 3. Najeeb Aamer Spinner: Nadeem Ahmed Tutors from the MRF Academy and ACC will conduct the coaching clinics. Tutors will be: MRF: Dennis Lillee, TA Shekar, Ramji Srinivasan (Fitness Expert) ACC: Roger Binny, Iqbal Sikander, Rumesh Ratnayake, Dr. Vece Paes The participants will undergo a high performance skills program in their respective disciplines. This would include an assessment and enhancement of each of the participants by the above tutor's through observation, skills matrix and video analysis.
