Michael Powell, the 25 year-old Warwickshire Captain, has been called up to replace batsman David Sales who has returned from the England A Team tour in the West Indies having injured his knee.
Powell will fly out to join the squad in Trinidad in time to be available for selection for England A's Busta Series Round Two match v Trinidad and Tobago, which starts on 12 January.
A right-hand top order batsman, Powell has previously represented England at U-18 (Captain) and U-19 levels.
