Northamptonshire have signed Lee Daggett from Warwickshire and Ryan Cummins from Leicestershire.
Daggett, who has penned a two-year contact, has taken 53 wickets at 36 but found his opportunities limited at Warwickshire. Cummins, meanwhile, only managed two Championship appearances in 2008.
"They will add strength and variety to our seam bowling options in all formats of the game," David Capel, the Northamptonshire head coach, told the club's website. "Both players have a good work ethic, have demonstrated that they have the ability to take wickets at first-class level and are keen to move their careers forward with us."
