The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket from playground to Test arena.
As County Development Officer you will support the Cornwall Cricket Board in the achievement of its development plan, particularly where it relates to the promotion and development of cricket in schools and clubs for both children and young adults.
For this role you must have a sound knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the structure of cricket and experience of cricket development at grass roots level. A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm, you will need to have good administration skills and be an excellent communicator.
