Jackie made her Test debut against Australia in the First CricInfo Test in 2001, having previously made her England debut for the U21s against Ireland when just 14. Her highest score to date is 56* against India at Milton Keynes.
Jackie was vice-captain and Captain of England's U17s in 1998, was a member of the European Cup winning England 'A' team in 1999, and toured South Africa with the U21s in 1998.
Jackie started playing cricket aged 9 in a local colts team, and by 10 she was captain and led the boys all the way through the junior section at the club. Having begun playing women's cricket aged 12, she now plays for Somerset Wanderers with fellow England International Laura Harper. (Andrew Hall, 2001)
