Profile

Greg Wood is a promising wicketkeeper and a product of league cricket and the Yorkshire Academy. He was part of the Yorkshire Under-17 side that beat Surrey in the final of the 2005 ECB U-17 County Championship and has progressed into the England U-19 set up. He was part of the squad that reached the 2006 World Cup semi-final in Sri Lanka and played the 2008 event in Malaysia.

Frustrated with his inability to break into Yorkshire's first team, he parted company with the county ahead of the 2009 season.
