Profile

After making his Durham debut in 2001 as a 17-year old, becoming Durham's youngest ever first-class player, Gary Scott had to wait four years before his next appearance. His chances in the first team have been few and far between, including seven Championship matches in 2006 which brought three half-centuries batting at the top of the order. But he did not feature in any form of the game during the successful campaigns of 2007.
