Profile
A middle-order batsman, Damien D'Oliveira was a regular member of the Worcestershire side for a decade from 1983, passing 1000 runs in a season four times. In a side that dominated domestic cricket at the end of the 1980s, he was present as the county won two Championship titles, two Sunday league crowns and the Benson & Hedges Cup. His penultimate one-day appearance was as an opener in their 1994 NatWest Trophy final success. After retiring he maintained his links with Worcestershire, becoming director of the county academy.
