Welcome to the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua.
We are at the Antigua Recreation Ground in St John's for the fourth
Test match of the five-match series between West Indies and India.
West Indies won the third Test match at Barbados and levelled the
series 1-1, India having won the second Test at Trinidad.
Antigua is the homeland a few cricket legends.
The most celebrated of Antigua's sports legends is none other than
Sir Issac Vivian Alexander Richards - the original Master Blaster.
Andy Roberts, Curtly Ambrose and Richie Richardson are the West
Indies greats from this tiny island to have graced this wonderful
game of cricket.
This will be the 17th Test match at this venue.
West Indies have won six times at this venue, Australia has done it
twice, South Africa once and the remaining seven matches were
drawn.
India and West Indies have played two drawn Test matches here in
Antigua.
The first Test between the two countries was in May 1983 - A lot of
runs were scored in the Test match. West Indies made 550 in their
first innings, replying to India's 457.
India managed to draw the match, thanks largely to a fighting 116
by Mohinder Amarnath, who had a wonderful Test series.
The second time the two countries met was in April 1997, again a
drawn match.
The first three days were washed away by rain. Brian Lara hit 103
cracking runs.
Talking of Brian Charles Lara - this is exactly the ground where he
made the all-time high individual Test score 375.
Lara achieved this in April 1994, against England.

Earlier in the day, Hooper won the toss, yet again, and decided to
send India in to bat first.
India got off to a cautious start, and lost SS Das (3) played on to
a rising delivery from Pedro Collins.
Rahul Dravid joined wasim Jaffer and steadied the Indian innings
with a second wicket partnership that yielded 155 runs.
Jaffer looks like a class act - punching the ball off the backfoot
through covers with such ease.
Soon after lunch he reached his fifty and Rahul Dravid too got to
the 50-run mark.
Dravid played a few beautiful on drives all along the ground to
past mid-on for four.
There is absolutely nothing in this track for the bowlers.
Hooper tried out some seven bowlers today and nothing seemed to
work.
The former Windies bowling greats - Michael Holding and Andy
Roberts were seen in a conversation - during the break
Perhaps talking about how the Windies attack was struggling to get
a breakthrough.
Jaffer looked like marching on to his maiden Test hundred and he
was on 86 (14 fours, 180 balls) when Pedro Collins struck.
Jaffer playing at a ball leaving him, could only edge it through to
Ridley Jacobs behind the stumps.
Tendulkar walked out to join Dravid in the middle. The little
master had made 0, 0, and 8 in his three previous Test innings.
He must have his eyes set on a big innings on this batting beauty.
It was just not to be.
Tendulkar was sent back for a golden duck - caught by Jacobs off
Collins!
India were 168/3 at that stage.
Dravid got into a shell and for good 37 minutes, he stayed on his
score of 79.
Ganguly played some handsome shots, including a big six over mid-
wicket off Sanford.
The Indian skipper seems to have tightened up his game a lot and
looks very confident.
Ganguly is unbeaten on 41 and Dravid is on 86*.
