18.5 to WA Young, great catch! Marsh at third slip. On the pads, Young aiming through the leg side as he was justified to do, the bat face closes and an outside edge flies quickly into the slips where Marsh dives to hold a blinder low to his left. He would have been unsighted due to the angles involved. Starc goes level with Lillee. 47/1
36.5 to GD Phillips, Pulled into the keeper's gloves! Bouncer at 138ks from around the wicket, very short. Phillips took a couple of steps forward, looked pre-meditated, and tried to help the ball along but got glove only. With that, Starc goes past Dennis Lillee with 356 Test wickets. 107/6
36.6 to SC Kuggeleijn, Lol the lbw appeal gets upheld before it was completed. Kuggeleijn reviews. Yorker swinging in at leg stump, 141ks if I read that right. The bat, jamming down, was behind the front leg and the ball hit the inner-half of the front boot. Looked more out on first view but it's good enough as Hawk-Eye shows it'd go on to clip leg stump. Starc's 357th wicket comes in like a bonus for going past Lillee. 107/7
13.243152.32675000
21.3 to TWM Latham, thin edge! Hazlewood strikes. The angle from round the wicket, good length just outside off, Latham feels he has to play - might have been able to leave it - straightens just enough to scratch the edge. Hazlewood has deserved that. 61/2
25.2 to R Ravindra, edged, taken at first slip! That's a very poor stroke. Lured in outside off, no footwork, it was very wide, reaching well outside his body. Khawaja takes it reverse cup around his chest. 71/3
29.3 to DJ Mitchell, Hazlewood being seam-bowling luxury again. 138ks on a hard length, hit the seam in line with off stump and it straightened. Mitchell was shuffling down, as he often does, but could not cope with the away movement. He got squared up as he tried to fend it with a straight bat in front of his body. Stares at the pitch, looks forward and nods in resignation as Hazlewood punches the air, probably hit a good length there too.. 79/4
31.5 to KS Williamson, Hazlewood has WIlliamson lbw. Given out, of course it'll be reviewed. Very late though. Looked out. Seam-up, angled in, landed around off and kept going in. Williamson's bat was to the right of his front pad, and he missed the ball by a decent distance. The 134ks ball hit the back leg and the batter walked before Hawk-Eye showed three reds. Impact middle of middle, projection shows it'd hit leg stump.. 84/5
45.2 to MJ Henry, beaten again, good pace and carry outside off, Henry looking to drive off the back foot...and Australia have called for a review. Oh, well, he's nicked it! Whoever heard that needs a pat on the back. Hazlewood has his five! Appears it was Green who heard the nick, no one else was really interested.. 162/10
1143513.18513100
44.6 to TG Southee, taken at long leg! Hazlewood with the catch this time. Very well judged. Southee swings it off a big top edge looking to add to his sixes. 162/9

37.2 to TA Blundell, has he been caught down the leg side? Yes, it's taken the glove as he goes for the pull. Short, went after it, good take by Carey. Blundell called for the review but he didn't save him. 107/8

60.2 to M Labuschagne, A 'what do you have for food' catch from Phillips. Leaps to the right at gully and takes it with his right hand. It's full reach, superman stuff again. Marnus was walking but the third umpire will have a check. Phillips kept his fingers up even while tumbling. He rose, threw it up and went 'whoo,' eliciting similar reactions from watchers too. Was a wide length ball to which Marnus reached out and tried to steer. Couldn't keep it down, might have gotten it past other fielders but not Phillips, not this time.. 221/8
2346772.911089100
13.6 to UT Khawaja, Off the pads, dislodges the bails. Length ball at 134ks, Khawaja went across and tried to help it along off the back foot. Beat bat, feathered off the back pad and bounced onto leg stump. Henry has been relentless against Khawaja, who almost saw him off but luck rewarded the bowler on the verge of drinks. 32/2
26.6 to C Green, he's done it! What an over. Magnificent bowling from Henry. He went fuller, at off stump, Green stays in his crease this time, the ball nips back, through a small gap between bat and pad. Perhaps a small inside edge. 81/3
32.3 to TM Head, bottom edge, sharp catch! Huge moment. Short of a length outside off, Head goes for another pull, takes a bottom edge and Blundell takes a super catch low to his right. 107/4
42.5 to NM Lyon, edged, taken this time! Short of a length outside off, Lyon driving off the back foot again, almost an action replay to Mitchell and this one is safely held. 158/5
44.5 to MR Marsh, huge appeal for lbw! Not given. That looked close. Full, angling in, Marsh playing across it. Only one review left for New Zealand and Southee uses it with a second to spare. Well, this is very close. Certainly not missing entirely! And it's three reds. Hitting middle stump. 166/6
65.5 to MA Starc, edged, caught behind! Length outside off, Starc aims a swing to the leg side, gets a thin tickle behind. Six for Henry. 237/9
67.6 to PJ Cummins, huge appeal for lbw! Gets a long way across the crease. Not given. And the review is swift this time. Was a full delivery, Cummins shuffled in front, gets the bat trapped behind his bat and it takes the back leg. Looks very straight. Players walking off...and it's three reds. Seven for Henry.. 256/10
1637114.436910100
8.3 to SPD Smith, Smith shoulders arms, gets hit on the pad and Nitin Menon gives him out lbw. Smith was perplexed and reviewed after a chat with Khawaja. Was a length ball that came back in, wedged on the inner-half of the front pad as he got square-on. He had shuffled outside off but that isn't enough. Impact doesn't matter and the ball was just clipping off, Smith looks up in frustration and trudges back. Cheers among the NZ players as Sears takes his maiden Test wicket.. 18/1
613005.00215000
501412.80221000
51.2 to AT Carey, Paddled to midwicket, you don't see that every day! Phillips strikes it in his opening over. Was a length ball just outside off at 81ks, Carey got on one knee real early and got done by the extra bounce. Played it way too early, got it off the toe. It turned away a bit, ballooned for Latham to take it. Mitchell laughing with his mouth closed. That was a marshmallow-level softie. 189/7

2.3 to WA Young, gets this one right! Back of a length at off stump, lifts and takes the shoulder of the bat. Might have been able to leave on length, but Young felt he had to play. 6/1
2667012.691226003
86.4 to DJ Mitchell, got him now! What a comeback from Hazlewood. He's pumped. Back of a length around off stump, Mitchell coming forward, didn't do much wrong, just shapes away enough to shave the edge. 278/4
2436242.581129000
38.1 to KS Williamson, Dragged onto middle and off. Williamson tried driving on the up, through mid-off, the 140ks ball decked back just a bit from a fuller side of a length. It took a thin inside edge and the bails flew. His head went up in disappointment and stayed there for a while. Looked like the wobble ball. Cummins is pumped having struck with the first ball of his new spell. 111/2
55.1 to TWM Latham, appeal for caught behind! Nips back from round the wicket, cuts through Latham past the inside edge. Cummins has called the review. Looks like back pad only on the first replay. Well, no! There's a nick on that. Latham's gone. Terrific review. Think Carey played a big part in the call to go upstairs. 155/3
89.1 to R Ravindra, strikes first ball! What a bowler. Cummins does it again. Over the wicket, short of a length around off stump, nibbles away and Ravindra has a fiddle at it. Thin edge. 286/5
107.2 to TG Southee, and he's gone! A short ball at the body, he moves to leg and fends it off the glove to Carey who takes his 10th catch of the match. 372/9
1124814.36446100
92.1 to TA Blundell, Green has hands on his mouth, how did that earn him a wicket? Third umpire will check Marnus' catch at cover though. He flung to the left, took it with both hands. The elbows fell on the ground but the palms were cupped even while tumbling. Blundell will continue his walk. Was a wide half-tracker, 135ks, but the lack of pace off the pitch is what did him in. He committed to the cut but had to check the shot, did it a little too late and it floated slightly wide of the fielder, who hung on well.. 296/6
16.214933.00757100
104.1 to GD Phillips, and he's not wicketless anymore! Again, first ball of an over, this rips back sharply from outside off, Phillips looking to play into the off side off the back foot, is beaten and it clips off stump. Terrific delivery. 349/7
106.4 to MJ Henry, taken at long-on! Can't clear the fence. Tossed up by Lyon, Henry takes on the challenge, goes down the ground but without the distance. 371/8
108.2 to SC Kuggeleijn, taken at deep midwicket...skipped down the pitch, tried to clear the boundary to reach fifty. Gets a lot of height but not the distance. Lyon ends with three. 372/10

25.2 to TM Head, Head is gone next ball! And it's almost an inverted replay of Marsh's drop! Short and wide, Head looks to slap it away. He hits it hard, but it goes straight to Young at point, who makes no mistake taking it at chest height. Travis is shaking his head as he walks away. 80/5
1919424.947613100
7.1 to SPD Smith, huge appeal, and given lbw! Smith discusses a review, and asks at the last minute but doesn't look hopeful. Good length, nips back into middle and off, and this looks very out. Hitting the top of middle! Great bowling from Henry. 15/1
11.3 to UT Khawaja, Stunning catch from Southee in the slips, Henry has his second! Sent upstairs for a check. Southee got low to the left and lifted it as it hovered just above the ground. Given out. Was a length ball angling in at top of off. 133ks, may have straightened and Khawaja got squared up. He tried defending from the crease, couldn't cope with it despite the jump.. 30/3
1729045.296213001
8.4 to M Labuschagne, HE'S GONE NOW! The dropped wasn't costly. A full, straight delivery. Labuschagne looking to work into the leg side and gets a leading edge back to the bowler. 22/2
14.2 to C Green, Green is indecisive with the leave and drags it onto middle stump! Sears living up to that name with the celebration. Was a length ball angling in towards off at just over 140ks, Green shaped to block it but also considered leaving it on length. Got caught between both things as the ball nipped back in just a bit, and the angled bat cost him.. 34/4
54.2 to MR Marsh, Huge appeal and up goes the finger. Sears is pumped. Marsh reviews! This is nearly yorker length on middle and off. Marsh was looking to work it leg side and misses. It looks like it hit him in front of middle and length. And oooh, that's clipping leg stump so it's umpire's call! Marsh has to go and this is a huge moment in the match! Sears makes the difference immediately. And New Zealand are into Australia's tail. Very well made 80 from Marsh though. 220/6
54.3 to MA Starc, Pops up straight to square leg! Back-to-back wickets for Ben Sears! It is all happening at the Hagley Oval! Full length ball around middle and leg, Starc looks to work it leg side and it comes off high on the bat and balloons to Will Young who wouldn't have taken too many easier catches.. 220/7
