No Bangladeshi flag at Bangabandhu

Why is there no flag of Bangladesh at the Bangabandhu National Stadium?
This was asked by some cricket fans during the India-Australia match of the Wills International Cup yesterday.
"Everywhere in the world when a match is played, the flag of the host nation is hoisted over the top of the stadium as we have seen in other venues on TV. But it's not happening here," one of the fans said.
"I know the board has offered everything for bringing the tournament to Bangladesh. I would like to know whether they have also compromised in this regard or not."
"It's a shame. After all, this is the Bangabandhu National Stadium. Should not the nation be represented there?
