Bangladesh tour schedule announced

Sri Lanka Cricket have announced the schedule for Bangladesh's 25-day tour of Sri Lanka in August and September. The itinerary includes two Tests and three ODIs.

Bangladesh lie at the bottom of the ICC Test Championship table, while Sri Lanka, who are presently involved in a Test series against West Indies, are fifth. The tour kicks off with three one-day internationals in Colombo over a five-day period starting August 31. The two Test matches will be also be played in Colombo.

Itinerary

August 31 First one-dayer, SSC, Colombo
September 2 Second one-dayer, R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo
September 4 Third one-dayer, R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo
September 12-16 First Test, P. Saravanamuttu Stadium, Colombo
September 20-24 Second Test, R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo
