At a media briefing today at Lord's, ICC chief executive Malcolm Speed announced that an agreement had been reached with the BCCI over the Mohali Test, due to start Monday. The BCCI will exclude Sehwag to serve his ICC-imposed ban. The ICC have agreed to review the penalties handed out by match referee Mike Denness in the second India-South Africa Test and will reconsider the status of the disputed third match of the series. The ICC will also establish a match referee's commission.
