Profile

Douglas Thollar was a legspinner who played three times for Tasmania immediately before the Second World War. His best performance came against an Australian XI en route to England in 1938 when he grabbed 5 for 116, but he took a mauling as those runs came off 13 overs - but his victims included Don Bradman and Stan McCabe.
