Profile

Shawn Craig is a left handed middle order batsman, capable leg spin bowler, and outstanding fieldsman who has hovered on the brink of Victorian first class and one-day sides for several seasons now. Diminutive and lightly built, he has been a consistently polished performer for St Kilda at club level but has not secured a permanent position with the Bushrangers as yet. His batting is solid, there are few weaknesses in his technique, and he concentrates well - a quality more than adequately showcased when he amassed his sole first-class century over a period of seven and a half hours in 1998-99.
